The Ad Astra Kansas Day 2010 Space Celebration was held Saturday evening April 24 at Washburn University in Topeka
The event recognized the 20th anniversary of the deployment of the Hubble Space Telescope by native Kansan and astronaut Steve Hawley.
April 24 was proclaimed Ad Astra Kansas Day by Gov.Parkinson.
